Let’s be real: this is going to be a very similar situation to when House was in the mental institution. HOWEVER- this does guarantee some wonderful material for Hugh Laurie to work with, which I’m all for. The two-hour institution premeir is one of my favorite episodes of anything ever. Perhaps this episode (and this season? nah, too hopeful) will stand up to its standards.
