From John Reviews Twilight and New Moon

Just one of the many reasons I adore John Green.

I can’t even handle this level of hilarity. I would say it’s awesome, but we all know it’s beyond that. It’s armoirsome.

“The job of reading is not to understand the author’s intent. The job of reading is to use stories as a way into seeing other people as we see ourselves.”

THANK YOU, JOHN.

Also: pizza. Yum.

I mean, like, I think clarity in written language is valuable, but debating the Oxford Comma is one of those things that reminds me that we’re all going to die and that our lives are composed of, like, a finite set of moments that we choose how to spend. And can’t help but think that if we turn the massive parallel processing power of our brain away from debating the Oxford Comma and toward, like, curing malaria or writing really good Arrested Development slash fiction, we might come out ahead as a species.
John Green

Every Vlogbrother video is great in its own little way, but I absolutely adored this gem where Hank answers questions that people tend to ask Google. Plus: Zelda poster front and center! Plus: educational value! Plus: laughs! Plus: Hank tells us why we’re here (spoiler: not really, but why are you asking Google?). That’s a lot of plus signs and not a lot o’ negatives, people.

DFTBA.

DFTBA, my friends. That is all.

I love the Green Bros and the land of Nerdfighteria that they rule over with iron fists but open hearts. Hank’s most recent video on the end of NASA’s space shuttle program was both educational and made me chuckle with glee. It also got me thinking thinking that Hank and John should team up with their long lost cousin (or so I’m hypothesizing) Seth Green, also a huge fan of NASA, for some vlog fun and general awesomeness. Anyone else agree?

Oh, and as it says in the “About Me” section of 99.9% of the Nerdfighter population’s online profiles…DFTBA.
